A recruitment drive is underway by the Brothers of Charity Services as the group supports people to lead full, valued and independent lives. Brothers of Charity Services provide supports to over 7,000 people with an intellectual disability or autism, operating in almost 1,000 locations throughout Ireland, including Roscommon and Galway. Staff are recruited from a wide variety of backgrounds including social care, psychology, speech and language therapy, social work, physiotherapy and nursing. “I started working with BOCSI as a locum support worker before becoming a social care worker in 2021,” says Sínead.
