More than 102,000 homes have been supported by Sustainable Energy Auth­ority of Ireland (SEAI) grants since the scheme was launched in 2018. More than 58,000 home energy upgrades were completed last year, an 8pc increase on 2024. More than 4,500 businesses across the country were supported to reduce their energy costs. It was a record year too for the Warmer Homes Scheme, with over 8,000 households at risk of fuel poverty getting a free energy upgrade.
