Wisconsin native Diane Hendricks tops the list for the second year running, but widens the gap between her and number 2. Her net worth jumped $2.1 billion to $7 billion, thanks to record sales at her roofing distributor ABC Supply. Other tech billionaires made their money by starting their own businesses. Jenner is one of two self-made women who made it to the billionaire ranks for the first time in 2019.
