It basically states that the left and right hemispheres of your brain rule polarizing functions within your personality. The side that’s stronger will determine if you have more of an analytic or creative personality; Most people tend to be predominantly left-brained or right-brained. Some say this generalization of right/ left-brain function is over simplified and not true. It was difficult for me to learn to use my left brain.
