This green sauce can be made with different herbs through the year. I purposely leave a few parsley plants to go to seed each summer and then sprinkle the seeds around the garden. Today I share a punchy green sauce that accompanies many main meals. We call this "green sauce" in our house and I make some variation of it throughout the year. With the engine going, drizzle in the olive oil until a thick green sauce is achieved.
