Guest worked for Le Roy for another two weeks, until October 16, when Le Roy asked him for his keys as he needed to get a spare set cut. Benden, Le Roy, his wife Marlene Le Roy, and stepdaughter Melodie Clarke were also named as having paid Guest as an employee.
