The company has also informed its entire retail staff with confirmation that ‘store’ will disappear from both online and in retail stores as well. Apple has made changes online, with many stores now referring to places such as “Apple Union Square” or “Apple The Grove” or “Apple Valley Fair,” instead of “Apple Store, The Grove.” Most pages for all stores have been updated to remove the "Store" titling.
