The game, which has been developed by Squareyards for Bhutani Group’s Alphathum project in Sector 90, Noida, was unveiled at an event with participation of about 300 people. New Delhi: In a first for the real estate industry, real estate portal Squareyards Pvt. Ltd has launched a game for a Noida-based developer, which enables potential buyers to explore a virtual model of the project as part of the game, the company said on Tuesday. “Virtual reality-based games could be the next thing for real estate companies to market their properties across different geographies and roll out more engaging campaigns” said Kanika Shori, chief operating officer, Squareyards. Gamification is already being used by films studios and consumer electronic companies to market their products and engage better with the customers.
