Harvey allegedly shot Vindel multiple times, killing him while he was sitting inside his SUV. The dirt bike was found on the outside patio of Harvey's apartment and the gun used in the slaying was recovered inside the building, authorities said. The sheriff slammed the loss of life over a dirt bike: 'I don't care what it is, I mean a $2,800 dollar dirt bike its not anything anybody should be shot over.'
