Todd Norman Linklater, 27, is charged in connection with the deaths of three children in Nelson House on the weekend. Nelson House Chief Marcel Moody confirmed the three boys were hit on Provincial Road 620 about 10:30 p.m. CT Saturday. The three children were killed along this stretch of the road, just outside of Nelson House on April 28. The one thing about Nelson House and families is, they come together.
