France forward Benzema had not scored since 15 December but completed the scoring against the second-tier side after coming on as a substitute. The 19-time winners led 2-0 after goals by Raphael Varane and Lucas Vazquez. Joining Real Madrid in the last eight are holders Valencia, Athletic Bilbao, Villarreal, Granada and Real Sociedad. Barcelona face Leganes in the competition on Thursday (18:00 GMT), while Sevilla are at second-tier Mirandes the same night (20:00).
