Having complete trust is far superior to having complete control because it allows for scale. Scaling a business having 100% control might be unattainable, but scaling a business having complete trust that your team is conscientious, resourceful and will operate to the best of their abilities feels very doable. Either way, the best business owners know to focus on what they can control rather than what they can’t control. Let go of the need to have complete control but keep hold of the need to have complete trust.
