Headquarters: As publisher Reach lets office leases expire, British Airways is considering the sale of its Waterside building near Heathrow. The company, which employs almost 200 people across Ireland, said it is still operating out of Cork where new, flexible working arrangements will be put in place for its Cork-based staff. “We carried out a survey of all colleagues that showed a majority found home working suited their needs,” a Reach spokesperson said. Staff assigned to hubs will continue working from home until lockdown guidance changes, In the meantime, Reach will be investing in upgrading all hubs to allow for more flexible working. BA said in a statement that many employees enjoyed working from home and its future policy would likely be a flexible mix of home and office working.
