Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga should reconcile with his former political allies if he is to win the presidency, observes veteran politician Nyarangi Moturi. “Honestly, I think Raila should reach his former political allies like Balala, Mudavadi, Ruto and even Ngilu. Moturi, a veteran politician from Nyamira claims that Odinga needs the former allies dearly for his 2017 presidential quest. Moturi dismissed the current political alignment in Cord as ‘weak’ and insisted that it could not shake the Jubilee regime in 2017 polls. Mr Odinga fell out with Deputy President William Ruto, Musalia Mudavadi, Najib Balala and most recently Ababu Namwamba who resigned as Orange Democratic Secretary General.
