GM Enamul Hossain RazibEnamul Hossain Razib will coach chess prodigy Mohammad Fahad Rahman, ahead of the World Cup this SeptemberThe Bangladesh Chess Federation has decided to appoint Grandmaster Enamul Hossain Razib to replace its former coach Igor Rausis, who was earlier accused by World Chess Federation (Fide) of cheating. Razib will coach chess prodigy Mohammad Fahad Rahman, ahead of the World Cup this September. He will now only coach Fahad for the World Cup,” said BCF general secretary Syed Shahab Uddin Shamim to Dhaka Tribune Sunday. He was also involved as the chess federation coach for three months last year before Rausis’ arrival. A year before becoming the GM, Razib, an International Master at that time, made a notable feat in the Chess World Cup 2007 where he reached the second round after beating the then world No 19 Pavel Eljanov of Ukraine.
