In his letter to the authority’s Chairman Cavince Owidi, the minister said Dr Omollo will serve in the position for three years. He takes over from Dr Evans Atera who was serving in acting capacity. Mr Owidi said Dr Omollo will steer the authority to success. One thing that is very clear to me is that there is need to reorganise and streamline human resource," Dr Omollo said.
