The Catholic Church, like other Christian communities, has been engaged in reconciliation and healing for 30 years. There is no “Canadian Catholic Church,” of which there is a single national leader. Those who allege that the “Canadian Catholic Church” has never apologized are simply mistaken about how the Catholic Church is structured.
