It is with heavy hearts that we announce the death of the patriarch of our family Ray Foltz, Sr. on March 17, 2026 at home with his family by his side. Ray was born September 17, 1950 in Hagerstown Maryland. He married his high school sweetheart Betsy (Dorsey) Foltz in 1969. Ray also held posts as President and Treasurer of the Republican club as well as a seat on the Central Committee. Betsy Foltz his wife, son Ray Jr and wife Angie, daughter Mary (Foltz) and husband Mark Voorhees, son Derek Foltz, grandchildren Raven Keller and husband Robert, Dakota Pfeiffer, Meranda Foltz and husband Nate, Hannah Taylor and husband Levi, Kollin Foltz, Kayleigh Foltz and Damion Foltz four Great Grandbabies Rose-Shay, Stephanie, Nathaniel and Grayson, Sister Kay Enderle and husband Duane, Sister Joanne Knode and husband Steve, Brother Paul Foltz and wife Cindy as well as many nieces and nephews.
