Sacramento Kings centre DeMarcus Cousins has been a tough matchup for the Raptors. ( Rich Pedroncelli / The Assoicated Press )SACRAMENTO, CALIF.—It was just two weeks ago that the Toronto Raptors faced the Sacramento Kings and familiarity may help rather than breed contempt. He, Valanciunas and Jakob Poeltl, who started the first game against the Kings, gave Toronto different looks to throw at Cousins.
