Mammootty is never averse to trying different slangs for his films. And some of his accents have actually had a cult following. His next, Puthenpanam, will apparently have him speaking in Kasargode slang.It's reported that the movie, directed by Ranjith , has Mammootty playing a wealthy businessman named Nithyananda Shenoy. The film also has Vishak Nair, Renji Panicker and Ineya in notable roles.Incidentally, for Ranjith and Mammootty's film Pranchiyettan and the Saint, the actor adopted a Thrissur slang for his character.
