Rangers manager Steven Gerrard brought in 15 players over the summerRangers' financial results will not impact Steven Gerrard's budget, says managing director Stewart Robertson. The Ibrox club announced a £14.3m loss for the year up to 30 June with operating expenses rising by £7.6m. "These figures were known prior to Steven coming in," Robertson told Rangers TV. "It's not had any impact on the funds that are available to Steven to spend. "We will sell players, that will happen, it needs to be a key part of our business model going forward, but we'll do it when it's right for Rangers to sell players and not just because of speculative offers coming in."
