CHICAGO – The Texas Rangers added two more players to the COVID-19 IL, including Glenn Otto, the scheduled starting pitcher for Friday’s game against the Chicago White Sox. “It hasn’t gone anywhere.”Both Otto and Garver had mild symptoms, per the team. In their places, the Rangers called up right-handed pitchers Tyson Miller and Jesús Tinoco from Triple-A Round Rock as replacement players. In non-COVID-related roster moves, the Rangers also activated Brad Miller (hip) from the IL and optioned infielder Andy Ibáñez to Triple-A Round Rock. “I just have to wait and see when he tests again,” Woodward said of Otto.
