Critics of the Ontario PCs’ education plan have seen right through the government’s claim that it’s “modernizing” our schools. The fairer way to assess the government’s new education plan is to ask whether it is reasonable under the financial circumstances the province faces. The new PC plan features mostly minor changes in the timing of the content delivered in the previous Liberal plan.
