President Cyril Ramaphosa says his African Union (AU) special envoys to Ethiopia would likely have to travel again to that country's conflict-hit region, which is characterised as a humanitarian crisis. Ramaphosa revealed his envoys briefed him on their visit to Ethiopia in December.
