Photo: PTINew Delhi: Union home minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday started a three-day trip to Bahrain to highlight Pakistan’s role in cross-border terrorism before the top leadership of Bahrain. The efforts haven delivered few results in spite of a visit by minister of state for external affairs M.J. Akbar to countries in the region in August. A home ministry spokesperson said Singh will be accompanied by senior home ministry and foreign ministry officials; he is also expected to interact with members of the Indian community living in Bahrain. “There will be extensive discussions on how to enhance bilateral cooperation with regard to tackling terrorism and each other’s fugitives,” said a home ministry official.
