In an interview with Indianexpress.com, Raj said, ''My wife was actually the first person to say, ‘Do you want to live abroad Raj? Log bade bade kaand kar ke, hazarao crore kamake desh se nikal jaata hai, but I have done nothing so I won’t leave the country.' He further shared that because of humiliation and damage to his reputation, he wanted to end his life when he was in jail. Raj Kundra was arrested for his alleged involvement in the creation and publication of pornographic films and was jailed for two months.
