DOG carcasses found floating in the sea and washed ashore along the Tanjung Bungah beach in Penang have raised alarm bells in the neighbouring community. Suri Anna said most of the dog carcasses were found around the mouth of the river near the fishing village. Contract cleaner Janel Md Ali, 70, said the situation had gone from bad to worse recently as the frequency of dog carcasses found had increased. “I have been working here for around three years and I see dog carcasses every now and then. “My friends who work as fishermen here said they had been burying dog carcasses for years.
