Meteorologists expect rain on Thursday along the north coast, in some governorates in Lower Egypt and in Cairo, amid low and medium level cloud cover. Moderate temperatures are predicted but along the northeastern coast could be cooler than in the rest of the country. It will be active along the north coast. Surface winds will be southeasterly in the Mediterranean and northwesterly in the Red Sea. Maximum temperatures predicted are 31C in Cairo, 30C in Alexandria, 32C in Qena, 33C in Luxor and in Aswan at 34C.
