KUALA LUMPUR: The Gegaria Festival 2018 kicked off today with a zumba event, attended by more than 300 participants of various ages. The morning drizzle clearly failed to dampen the spirits of city folk who took part in various activities offered at the event, held at the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) Exhibition and Convention Centre, today. The zumba event, which began at 8am, was led by noted zumba personality Hanif Shawn. Pix by Zunnur Al ShafiqGegaRia, organised by Media Prima, first kicked off at the Setia City Convention Centre on Jan 13, and has since been held in several cities, including Ipoh and Johor Bahru and Kuantan. A mega concert, dubbed Konsert GegaRia, will feature Bunkface, Iamneeta, Noh Salleh, Akim & The Majistret, Kugiran Masdo and Bittersweet at 8pm tonight.
