The Mimaropa, Bicol Region, and rest of Visayas and Mindanao may experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the ITCZ. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers because 9f localized thunderstorms.
