Rain showers over the B.C. Day long weekend have given wildfire crews a moment to breathe in some of the hardest-hit parts of the province. Environment Canada meteorologist David Wray said many areas of B.C. There's a good chance of rain even in places like the Okanagan and the Kootenays, though it likely won't be as much. Berg said wildfire crews are prepared for hot and dry conditions to potentially return starting this coming weekend.
