The 32mm rain on Wednesday exposed the preparedness of the district administration and civic bodies once again. The city witnessed massive waterlogging in every nook and corner confining many people to their homes, while others struggled to cross waterlogged lanes. The rain brought disaster to city roads as well. The roads developed potholes in many parts including the national highways, Old Delhi Road, Mehrauli Road and internal roads.
