Railways on Monday alerted citizens against touts running IRCTC job rackets. According to railways, IRCTC has not initiated any recruitment drive recently or in the past. The Indian Railways has also asked for help from citizens to recognize or to report about the touts involved in the IRCTC job racket. The Ministry of Railways urged people to file complaint in this regard with police and inform authorities of Indian Railways. IRCTC e-wallet is a mode of payment which enables users to deposit money in advance with IRCTC.
