During the 'Rail Hamsafar Saptah' every day of the week will be marked with a particular theme, Central Railway said in a statement issued here today. "On 'Sewa Diwas' each train would be monitored by an officer between 10 am to 4 pm and nominated officers would travel by these trains and interact with passengers in all classes. On 'Swachchata Diwas' cleanliness drive will be arranged at various stations and on various trains, while on 'Satkaar Diwas' officers would be deputed to inspect catering establishments and drinking water facilities at various stations and in trains to ensure that trains having pantry cars are inspected and catering units at stations are checked.
