Claims by Raila Odinga that the election will be rigged show that he senses defeat, Jubilee MPs have said. "Even before IEBC starts preparations for the elections, [Raila] has started talking about rigging of elections. We are asking him to tell us if he wants to run IEBC or run for elections," Duale said on Monday. He said Raila cannot be a presidential candidate and be in charge of the electoral commission at the same time. Ruto described Raila as a person who blames his tools after failing to accomplish a task.
