Azimio boss Raila Odinga will on Monday hold a crucial meeting with all opposition Members of Parliament to lay the ground for this week's three-day protests. The meeting at the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Foundation(JOOF) will strategise on how to execute the anti-government demonstrations across the country. The opposition has called for street protests on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday as it ramps up its resistance against President William Ruto's government. There are allegations that the ex-president gave the opposition some Sh40 million to bankroll last week's protests that rocked several parts of the country. This comes at a time when President Ruto is talking tough against the protests saying he will meet the demonstrators head-on this week.
