Opposition chief Raila Odinga and his NASA brigade plan to raise at least Sh1 billion next week at a banquet to oil his presidential campaign. The event is being organised by Raila's campaign secretariat headed by lawyer Willis Otieno. NASA's Pentagon spearheading Raila's campaign has been mounting aerial battles, sometimes flying in five choppers as they criss-cross the country. In the run-up to the 2013 polls, Raila organised a Sh1 million-a-plate feast, where guests donated a minimum Sh1 million.
