The late Chris Msando was murdered on July 31 2017 and his body was found in Muguga forest in Kikuyu, Kiambu County alongside the body of a 21-year-old girl, Carol Ngumbu. Raila Odinga has also gone ahead and claimed that IEBC and Jubilee are partners in crime.
