“We are saying we are not ready to go back to an election with those thieves. We have put in place strict rules and we will not allow those officials to oversee another election,” Raila said. Raila’s address comes hot on the heels of the announcement by IEBC chair Wafula Chebukati that the poll body officials had sorted out their differences amid reports of a major fallout. “They now claim IEBC are now United to do the elections. We are saying we are not ready for those thieves again,” an unconvinced Raila warned.
