Azimio La Umoja Coalition leader Raila Odinga on Friday warned that President William Ruto was driving the nation into a wrong turn judging by the concerning incidents witnessed in the country in the recent past. "We need a generation of leaders who stand firm on the solid rock of values and who can tell when the nation is taking the wrong turn. It is wrong when a person earning Ksh50,000 has to surrender 20.5 per cent of that money to compulsory taxes," he added. According to Raila, it was the responsibility of the government to create jobs in Kenya rather than look for jobs on behalf of unemployed Kenyans in foreign countries.
