The newly-elected members of the Delhi Congress on Saturday unanimously adopted a resolution, urging Rahul Gandhi to take over as the party president. “Congress workers and leaders from across the country have unanimously expressed their desire for Rahul Gandhi to take over as the president of the Indian National Congress. Rahul Gandhi is the unquestioned choice of all the Congress workers, who have toiled hard for the party, for taking over as its president,” Congress communications in-charge Randeep Surjewala told reporters in New Delhi.
