Rahul Gandhi is likely to offer his resignation at the meet, party sources said. Top party leaders, including UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi and former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, are expected to attend the meeting. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to get another term on the basis of improved show of BJP in Lok Sabha polls. His grandmother, Indira Gandhi, was the first female prime minister of the country, and his father was India's youngest prime minister.
