There seems to be major discontentment with the tax slabs fixed on products used by physically and visually impaired people following the Goods and Services Tax (GST) regime. Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi raised the issue and demanded a complete rollback of taxes on such products. TAX SLABSUnder the GST regime, 18 per cent tax will be levied on Braille typewriters and modified cars used by physically challenged people. Same way products used by handicapped people, blind people- taxes on them have increased.
