Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Friday (April 4, 2026) described Aam Aadmi Party MP Raghav Chadha, who was recently removed as the party’s deputy leader in the Rajya Sabha, as “compromised.”Mr. Mann made the remark in response to a direct question at a press conference, where he was asked whether he believed Mr. Chadha had been compromised. On the removal of Mr. Chadha, the Chief Minister said its the decision of the party and such decisions are taken from time to time. “The parties keep changing their leader and deputy leader in Parliament. If any individual does not support these collective decisions and goes against the party line, then it is against the party whip. If anyone goes against the party whip, action will be taken.”
