A Christian radiographer has been told to write a 'reflective essay' on his behavior after making sexual inappropriate comments to female comments. A colleague of Haile's at both Prince Charles Hospital and Barnsley Hospital described him as quiet, and someone who would get embarrassed by sexual or personal conversations and leave the room. A female colleague at Prince Charles Hospital described Haile as softly spoken, courteous and polite.
