“We heard from many students that they were stuck in traffic, but there was nothing to be done,” said Rajshahi University Public Relations Office Administrator Dr Provash Kumar Karmokar. “Our exams have started already.”The admission exams began at 8:30am on Sunday with the tests for the social science faculty’s E-1 sub unit. But many who were travelling on the Dhaka-Tangail Highway failed to reach in time due to the traffic. “I came to Dhaka from Chittagong on Saturday on my way to the exams,” said Al-Amin Sadique, an admission seeker. My dreams have been crushed because of the traffic.”“Ninety percent of our examinees are at the examination centre,” said Rajshahi University Pro Vice Chancellor Ananda Kumar Saha.
