They are all residents of Barangay West Crame in San Juan City. He is also listed in the San Juan City Police Station’s drug watch list. The injured were identified by police as Romulo Pendado, 77; Romulo Catinoy, of legal age; and Barsilisa Lacar, 58; all residents of Valenzuela City.
