Cuban-born businessman Maximo Alvarez, who delivered a stirring address at last month's Republican National Convention, warned Wednesday that Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden is being "influenced by radical people." Alvarez added in an appearance on "Bill Hemmer Reports" that what is happening in parts of America is reminiscent of what he experienced in 1950s Cuba.
