Representational Image BigStockThe rape survivor is currently receiving treatment at the DMCHA ready–made garments (RMG) worker has been raped in Bhatara area of Dhaka. The 25-year-old rape survivor was brought to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) on Tuesday. Rustom Ali—a man the survivor was in a relationship with because he was promising marriage—allegedly forced himself on her, ignoring her protests. Police said the two are RMG workers. The survivor complained that Rustom video-recorded the incident and threatened to share the recording.
