KOTA KINABALU: Immigration officers were stunned to find some RM11mil in cash during anti-vice raids at two locations early Friday. It is learnt that the money was found in a hotel and an apartment in the city following the 1am Ops Gegar operation. A total of 19 people believed to be involved in vice activities were nabbed. According to sources, the raid was conducted following information about vice activities in the areas. "However, as immigration officials conducted their operations, they came across bundles of money at a hotel and later in an apartment nearby," the source said.
